If i have the name of a person and where he lives and he has an email id in yahoo or gmail or rediff and i don’t know whats the id, can i search for his email id or other information by any means?
do yahoo have this feature? so that i can find his email id?
Put in google everything you know about him.. It might produce some good results on different sites!
e,g, i want to search all yahoo members in London who have their yahoo ID
I’m sorry to tell you this, but I doubt if you’ll be able to find profiles for more than 25-30% of the people you’re looking for.
Simply put, Yahoo does a horrible job maintaining and making it possible for us to view each others profiles with any sort of ease or consistency. Then, when you’re luck enough to find a Profile Page, many,any times there’s not a single bit of information on it.

hi if u have already have id in the contacts list.its very easy u jst go to search mail & type names or go to composing & type the name it will automatically will reflected in that bar………
it is not possible to search someone e-mail id on net in my opinion.

U hv two options.
Type in the address bar http://profiles.yahoo.com/abcd where abcd is the user id. U will be able to find the person’s profile available with yahoo.

Please click the above link. There u will find "Find People" There u will find a search box. Click the arrow of the box, out of drop down menu selcet yahoo ID, enter the yahoo id in the search box , click search now. Yahoo will display the info about that person whatever has been provided to yahoo.
